INVITATION TO TENDER FOR EXECUTION
OF 2009 CAPITAL PROJECTS
1. INTRODUCTION
In line with the procurement rules and regulations, the Federal College of Land Resources Technology, Owerri invites qualified contractors/consultants for pre-qualification to tender for execution of the following 2009 capital projects.
2. SCOPE OF WORK

| A | Procurement of Equipment for Environmental Management Technology and Agricultural Engineering Technology for NBTE Accreditation of College Programme. | Land Clearing and de-stumping, procurement of seedlings, suckers and farm inputs/instruments and planting. |
| B | Procurement of Surveying & geo-informatics equipment for the NBTE accreditation of college programmes. | Procurement of 1No. EDM, 1No. Dumping level, 1No. GPS, 2Nos.Optical square and 2Nos. Abney level. |
3. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA AND TENDER AND TENDER REQUIREMENTS.
All prospective tenderers are required to provide the following information/documents to accompany their proposal:
i. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
ii. Evidence of registration as a contractor with the college
iii. Evidence of payment of TAX in the last three years
iv. Evidence of remittance of VAT in the last three years
v. Comprehensive Company profile and previous experience in similar jobs
vi. Evidence of registration with Federal Ministry of Works in relevant category
vii. Evidence of Company audited accounts for three years:
viii. Evidence of financial capability and banking support:

5. SUMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
All completed tender document are to be returned, sealed and addressed to the Registrar of the above named college and marked at the top right hand corner of the envelope ‘’Tender for any of the lot chosen by the contractor’’. The tenders should be dropped in the tenders box provided at the Registrar’s office not latter than six (6) weeks from the date of this publication.
6. All tenders shall be opened in the presence of all tederers or their representatives on the next day after the expiration of the tender notice in the board room of the college at 10.00 am prompt.
